 A BIT OF HISTORY:    VPB-212 History "...In preparation of station for disestablishment and transfer to RFC on 1 September 1945.  19 July to 25 July - during this period all Fleet activities were in process of transferring personnel and equipment to NAS Norfolk, Virginia in view of disestablishing of NAAS Harvey Point, North Carolina.
